Flemmy Flemmy

Flemmy, the AI assistant for your job search

Job hunting means repeating the same steps: reading postings, comparing them with your profile, rewriting your CV, drafting a letter, following up. Flemmy takes on the repetitive part and leaves the decisions to you.

What is Flemmy?

Flemmy is a French AI assistant dedicated to the job search. It helps candidates find relevant job postings, measure how well they match their profile, check their CV against applicant tracking systems (ATS), tailor an application to a specific posting, and prepare for interviews.

Flemmy is built for candidates, not recruiters. It runs in a browser and installs as an app on a phone. The interface is available in 4 languages, and job search covers 18 European countries.

What Flemmy does not do: it does not apply on your behalf. You review and approve every document, and the application is sent from the employer's own site, where Flemmy points you. It does not invent experience you do not have, and your data is never used to train an AI model.

Finding postings that match your profile

Flemmy queries 5 job sources instead of one: France Travail, Adzuna, Jooble, Careerjet, Arbeitnow. Results are gathered in a single place, de-duplicated, and each carries a match score computed from your profile.

That score mostly helps you rule out what is not worth an application. It comes with the reasons behind it, so you can disagree with it knowingly.

Analysing your CV and measuring the match

You import your CV once. Flemmy extracts the text, including from a scanned PDF, and compares it with a posting across five criteria: ATS readability, match with the posting, keywords, experience and relevance, content quality. The result is a score out of 100 and a list of what is missing.

This analysis runs in your browser, with no AI call: it is instant and uses no quota. A deeper AI review is available if you want a written opinion.

Tailoring your CV and letter to each posting

A generic CV struggles with automated filters, because it does not echo the wording of the posting. Flemmy reorganises your CV for a given role: it brings forward the experience that matters for that job and reuses the terms from the advert, without adding a skill you do not have.

The cover letter follows the same logic: it talks about the role rather than about you in general. 5 page layouts are available and customisable, and documents export to PDF or Word.

Preparing interviews and tracking applications

Flemmy prepares questions drawn from the posting and your background, with draft answers to rework. A spoken mode lets you practise answering out loud.

Application tracking replaces the spreadsheet: status of each application, follow-ups due, upcoming interviews, response rate. Postings that have since been taken down are flagged, so you do not chase a role that no longer exists.
