Which AI tools should you use for your job search in 2026?
There are dozens of tools, and they do not solve the same problem. Before comparing names, it is worth comparing families and knowing which questions to ask.

The phrase "AI tool for jobs" covers very different products. Choosing starts with working out which of these problems is yours.

What no tool does for you
No tool replaces reading a posting carefully, or deciding whether to apply. None creates experience you do not have, and trusting generated text without reading it is paid for at the first interview.
A tool promising mass automatic applications moves the problem: it produces volume, not replies. The real gain is on repetitive time — searching, comparing, rephrasing, tracking — not on judgement.
